Funded research projects and clinical trials in hepatitis C, hepatitis B and fatty liver in which Dr. Alejandro Soza has taken part.

In addition to patient care and teaching, Dr. Alejandro Soza maintains a line of clinical and laboratory research focused on viral hepatitis, particularly the replication of the hepatitis C virus, and has taken part as an investigator in numerous international clinical trials.
